RETURNS:

How do I return an item? Can items be returned?

Yes, items can be returned up to 14 days upon initial delivery confirmation

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Altered hair CAN NOT be returned, this includes:

*Bleached

*Cut

*Colored (Dyed)

*Shampooed (Washed)

*Worn

Items must have tag attached

Any and all returns must be returned at your own risk. Please obtain proof of postage/tracking details until you have received your refund.

How do I return an item?

Please return items in it's original state (as purchased). For full breakdown, please see "WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY"

How much does it cost to return items?

Currently we DO NOT offer free return services. Returns must be made at your own expense. We recommend using a tracking service as we will NOT cover any lost or damaged items.

When will I get my refund on items returned?

We process returns ASAP. When received your refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. (This is after your order is properly inspected and hair is in the same condition as purchased.) If refund is not been issued within 14 days of return, please contact us via email with order number and return information.

How can I track the status of my return?

When your refund is processed you will receive an email notification.

How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued back to your initial form of payment. Depending on who you bank with this could take up to 3-10 business days for your refund to show in your account.

Can I exchange an item/items if I do not wish for a refund?

Yes, items can be exchanged only if hair is in the same condition as your original purchase. Exchanges will only be accepted if what you're exchanging adds up to the total of purchase of order and or same length in selection of hair. If what you are exchanging costs more than your original order, it will result in store credit which will be applied to your account.

SHIPPING:

How long does it take to receive an order?

Once payments are received orders will then be processed & shipped between 2 - 5 business days. This will depend on when your bank releases or removes the hold on the funds of purchase. Orders will not be processed on Saturday - Sunday as we are closed on weekends. Processing orders will take place Monday - Friday. Please allow 7 -14 business days to receive orders due to processing time.
